PRIVACY POLICY

We take great care in respecting your privacy and personal information.  Your use of the Website automatically translates to your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and is therefore explicitly incorporated into our Terms of Use.  Please also review our full Privacy Policy for detailed information here.

REFUND POLICY

Your acknowledgment and acceptance of our Refund Policy are explicitly incorporated into our Terms of Use down below.  You can also review our full Refund Policy for detailed information here.

DISCLAIMER

Your acknowledgment and acceptance of our Disclaimer are explicitly incorporated into our Terms of Use.  Please review our full Disclaimer for detailed information here.

SUGGESTED MINIMUM COURSE ENROLMENT CRITERIA

Our courses are specifically tailored to include and accommodate entry-level learners with limited or basic economic knowledge. To ensure optimal engagement and comprehension of the subject matter of economics, financial markets and related fields, our course content aligns with academic standards typically found in tertiary-level instruction. As such, our courses are best suited for individuals who have achieved a developmental stage of appropriate cognitive capacity and aptitude, enabling them to effectively navigate the demands of economics and related studies.

Consequently, the recommended minimum course entry requirements are as follows:

  • Individuals aged 18 years and above.
  • Successful completion of the final year/12th grade of secondary level formal education.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND INCLUSION POLICY

Our courses are designed to be fully inclusive and accessible to accommodate learners who are proficient in English as their primary language of instruction.
While our primary mode of education delivery is online, we are committed to providing accessible and inclusive online courses to all learners to the best of our ability. We prioritise equal treatment while taking into consideration the means of technology utilised to deliver our courses. We continuously strive toward the inclusion of individuals with disabilities to the fullest extent possible, while also considering the limitations of our technological capabilities.

Dyslexic Persons:

Our course curriculum follows a sequential module pathway, of which the course content is presented through video format. Each course video is structured through many sequential scenes, where graphic elements / animation is used to enhance understanding and engagement. Written text overlay is included in each scene, supporting the voice narration, through the utilisation of sans-serif fonts, generally considered easier to read for individuals with dyslexia, due to their uniform letter shapes and clear spacing. These fonts are therefore known for their readability and accessibility, particularly for individuals with dyslexia, which may assist in the effective engagement with our course content, achieving the intended learning outcomes. Sans-serif fonts are also utilised in our Quizzes, Surveys and Course Feedback questionnaires.

Audio Impaired Persons:

Audio impaired learners may find value in the fully visual course experience. Our on-screen text overlay in sans-serif font, reinforcing the voice narration, may assist these learners to independently complete the course module video learnings, quizzes and feedback questionnaires/surveys without external support.

Visually Impaired Persons:

As our videos are fully voice-narrated and, depending on the extent or degree of a course participant’s visual impairment level, our courses may be beneficial for visually impaired learners. However, assistance could probably be required in completing of the Quizzes and Surveys / Course feedback questions.

It is crucial to acknowledge that, while we aim for equal inclusion of all prospective course participants, every person’s circumstances and preferences are unique. We therefore strongly encourage prospective participants to view the YouTube videos available on our website, before purchasing our courses. In particular, the video titled ‘Preview Video on What to Expect’ was designed to provide a clear indication of how well our course presentation may align with differing learning styles and abilities.

Should our course delivery and presentation fail to efficiently and effectively meet expectations, then our Refund Policy conditions will apply.
